Annotation

In this paper, we consider the concept and practices of GR technologies, as well as the effectiveness of their use in resolving conflicts in the business sphere. For the complex study, the focus group method was applied, which helped to identify the spectrum of opinions on the problem under study. The effectiveness of focus groups is determined by the fact that most people feel comfortable if they are involved in the discussion as part of the group. In four cities of the Republic of Tatarstan, a project was implemented, the main objectives of which were: estimation of the quality of subjects / actors and the development of public institutions / mechanisms; public policy effectiveness estimation, dialogue with power, intersectoral social partnership in addressing socially significant problems; formation of appropriate recommendations for management.
