Annotation

In the study on the example of certain sectors and key commodity export positions of the regional petrochemical complex within the available production capacities is making an attempt to substantiate the position that the current possibilities of regional export reorientation of the modern industrially developed region with the noted restrictions, are capable to compensate significantly in the medium term for the subject economy the missed profits from the imposing and preservation of external sanctions measures and/or their toughening , including from the key trade partners (contractors).
