There are a lot of technologies which are used in international conflicts resolution. Some of them are applied by the heads of states, others are ineffective as a tool to resolve international conflicts. In this article we considered international conflicts and ways to resolve them using the example of the conflict between Russia and Turkey. In addiction, we identified the efficiency criteria of conflicts resolution technologies applied in this conflict.
