The paper is devoted to study of the aerodynamic forces acting on flat plates performing free flexural vibrations in a viscous fluid. The study consists of two parts. In the first part the experimental investigation of the aerodynamic loads based on analysis of damped flexural vibrations of cantilever test samples is conducted. In the second part theaerodynamics of the oscillating plates is investigated using direct numerical simulation. |
