в статье предлагается метод расчёта по наклонному сечению изгибаемых железобетонных элементов, обещающий экономию поперечной арматуры вследствие учёта работы продольной арматуры с пониженным значением расчётного сопротивления и при уточнённом значении поперечной силы в сечении.: In article the method of calculation on inclined section of the bent ferro-concrete elements, promising savings of cross-section armature owing to the account of work of longitudinal armature with the lowered value of rated resistance is offered and at the specified value of cross-section force in section.
