Annotation |
Consideration is given to the ultrasonic measurement technique in solids. The digital ultrasonic method for determining the acoustic parameters of piezoelectric crystals has been developed. The method con-sists in the automatic metering of a time interval between echo pulses and a longitudinal attenuation of ultrasonic waves (USW) in samples of the piezoelectric crystal. There is an information output in the digital form. The hardware and functional features of acoustic and electronic units of the ultrasonic system are presented |
