Annotation

Innovations and innovation activity become driving forces for the development of all sectors of the economy, and the development of human capital in particular. For this reason, in this work we offered a methodological approach of an estimation of human capital in the case of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Volga Federal District regions for the period from 2010 to 2015 with forecast to 2020. This study is based on the use of the following methods: analysis and synthesis, systematic and integrated approach, factor analysis, structural-functional, statistical and representative approach. In the study, we obtained the following results: calculated indices of human capital in each region of the Volga Federal District, conducted its evaluation, with innovation and intellectual capital taking into account, the forecast development of human capital and recommendations for the development of human capital of Tatarstan made up.
