Annotation

In this article are showed trends and features of cultural life?s development in the Middle Volga in 1920?s. Analysis of archival and newspaper materials presents sections of real life and society. Author considers that sociocultural process reflects unique and different streams and phenomena during the period of formation and popularization of mass art.
