Annotation

The microscopic expression for the magnetic dynamic structure factor of liquids is obtained on the basis of the non-Markovian kinetic equation for the time correlation function of the spin density fluctuations. It is shown that the scattering law is determined by two contributions of different nature: the spin and the molecular. Concrete systems are suggested in which the neutron magnetic scattering is observed. This allows supplementing information obtained by he methods of magnetic resonance.
