Abstract
Relevance of the studied problem is caused by requirement of society for the multicultural development prospect of modern education and insufficient degree of development of its theoretical and scientific methodological bases, and also by strengthening of influence of migrants' transnational and regional adaptation on a modern society, that dictates new requirements to professional training of future teachers. The purpose of the article is to work out multifunctional pedagogical model of development of students' professional multicultural competence in the context of cultural and historical, system and communicative-activity approaches and to approbate it.
