Annotation

The following article analyzes the objectification of concept «wealth« by adjectival formations in the works of Fyodor Dostoyevsky. Since this concept is one of the most important in the conceptual sphere of Russian culture, its study is important for understanding not only the author's worldview, but also national, cultural, mental and psychological concepts of wealth of the Russian people as a whole. Along with the nouns adjectives are involved in the conceptualization of the world and carry the ethno-cultural information. . The article discusses the range of adjectives related to the representation of the concept «wealth.« The adjective rich is defined as the keyword of this group , one characterizes its meaning system, paradigmatic and syntagmatic connections. One identifies the typical for Dostoevsky's literary language substantive-adjective syntagmas which include this adjective.
