dc.description.abstract	Innovations result from more and more complicated interactions between companies and the role of the state support in the development of inter-companies connections is increasing. The article is devoted to the mechanisms of state influence to the development of inter-companies integration in innovation sphere. The analysis helped to distinguish direct and indirect stimulation methods to develop integration relations involving the subjects of innovative enterprises. The scientific originality of the research results is determined by the fact that unlike other approaches currently in use (which give consideration to the role of the state in forming the factors of innovative enterprises activity) attention of this approach is focused on developing integration relations between the subjects of innovative entrepreneurship. These methods aim at improvement of the state innovation policy and transfer to the economic development based on native innovations.	ru_RU
