Annotation

The question of the comparative study of expressing the category of intensity by the word-forming units of the Russian and German languages has not been investigated today in linguistic science. However, reference to the problem of expressing the category of intensity by the units of word-forming level is of paramount importance in terms of the study of expressive word derivation, stylistics of word derivation, evaluative text characteristics, so when choosing equivalents of word-building means of intensification in the target language from the source language.
