Annotation

The article is directed to the analysis of perspectives and aims which can be achieved while implementing of modernization projects into the system of higher professional education in Russia. The leading approach to the investigation of the problem in question is to consider the principles of classification, systematization and management of introducing the innovative processes into the education system.
