Annotation

Abstract: in the article we envisage manifestation of the systemic legal knowledge development in contemporary methodology. The Aim of the article is to form a complex apprehension of development of the systemic legal knowledge in contemporary methodology. The Objectives of the article include definition of links between a category of “systemic legal knowledge” and basic components of jurisprudence; analysis of main methods and methodological approaches, aimed on production of the systemic legal knowledge.
