Annotation

The article discusses the development of active bilingualism in the process of teaching the Russian language in ethnic (non-Russian) schools and educating a bilingual individual. All citizens of Russia, in-cluding ethnic groups with different mother tongues, have a good command of Russian, since it is the of-ficial language of the country and the main language of education.
