Annotation

This article is devoted to problems and prospects of pedagogical educational development in Kazan Federal University in the framework of the Strategic academic unit (SAU) «Teacher of the XXI century«. The authors consider the implementation of a new model of pedagogical Master`s degree programme ''Philology of education in conditions of modern higher education''. Teachers' training is an important component of the educational policy of any state and has a high degree of flexibility and availability.
