The article discusses some aspects of the commercialization of intellectual property. This study describes and analyzes the features of clarifying the pricing of intelligent products. One of necessary tools of the mechanism of commercialization of the objects of intellectual property is the cost assessment of perspective development. In innovative economy capitalization and commercial use of objects of intellectual property provide considerable economic effect in development and advance of business. According to the author, the Russian companies have to rethinking the new realities associated with the active introduction of a mechanism equitable distribution of income from the capitalization of intellectual property through the balance of rights and lawful interests of the subjects of the innovation process.
