The article presents the benefits of using an electronic learning management system Moodle for assessment in the process of teaching a foreign language.
The research involves classical and modern works of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of students? knowledge assessment. The authors pay special attention to using Moodle in the context of continuous assessment and evaluating final learning outcomes. Scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, systematic approach are used, and the results of students? performance obtained via Moodle platform are taken into account.
