dc.description.abstract	Analysis of implementation of innovative technologies in industrial production and the service sector shows that the development in this direction is characterized by the integration of several fields of knowledge. In the context of the formation of a new type of regional economy based on knowledge, before the institutions of higher and secondary professional education there is a need to address a number of organizational and managerial tasks, the most important of which are the development of partnerships with innovative sectors of the Tatarstan economy, as well as interaction with employers.
