Annotation

The author of the article describes the results of research based on studies of real job interviews recordings from the point of view of the job seeker?s strategic behavior. Special attention is paid to the communicative strategy of information request. The article presents a number of rules that allow the job seeker to forecast his/her verbal behavior during the interview and achieve communicative success.
