В статье «Some aspects of the development of the family legislation in the parent-child relationship in modern Russia» рассматриваются проблемы в сфере правового регулирования отношений между детьми и родителями в случае раздельного проживания последних. Актуальность исследуемой проблемы обусловлена тем, что в настоящее время отсутствует действенный механизм реализации родительских прав при раздельном проживании родителей. Приводятся проблемы, существующие в настоящей сфере и варианты их разрешения. Предлагается анализ практики зарубежных стран и возможность применения опыта иностранных государств в разрешении ряда вопросов, связанных с реализацией родительских прав при раздельном проживании родителей. |
