There is a problem of preparation of teachers for schools with education in the Tatar language in Tatarstan Republic. This problem stems from the fact that in the Russian Federation (RF) Higher education is completely in Russian studies. For example, math teachers, who have to work in schools with Tatar language of instruction in the general study groups where there is no division on language learning. How language influences the quality of teaching mathematics? Will such teachers to teach children math in Tatar language, qualitatively? We believe it will adversely affect the preservation of the national language (as language functioning Scientific and Cultural Organization). We believe that the Republic of Tatarstan government should fund and promote the training of teachers according to specialization "Mathematics, Computer Science and Information Technology in Tatar-Russian bilingual environment" (direction of teacher education).
