В статье рассматривается эволюция формально-юридического и идеологиче- ского восприятия юридической доктрины в качестве источника римского права. Ана- лизируется влияние рецепции римского права на формирование и использование юридической доктрины в российской правовой системе. In the article evolution of legallistic and ideological perception of the legal doctrine as a source of the Roman law is considered. Influence of reception of the Roman law for formation and use of the legal doctrine in the Russian legal system is analyzed.
