    Annotation The article suggests the option of expert survey aimed at studying the processes of Internetization which leads to capital transformation into its virtual form. A range of factors is determined which influence its formation. A group of these factors is changing rapidly, however, the leading factor is always the uncertainty of market environment which in itself bears the threat of capital loss. In this context the authors of this article realize the mechanism of risk assessment and ground the criteria of efficiency for investment decisions on creating the conditions for information access and activization of Internet space. The development and usage of the above method of risk assessment under the conditions of transparent information enables determining the correlation between the expected profit from an investment decision and the level of risk. Thus, the level of information certainty increases.
