Annotation Testing the context memory at different time intervals has shown that the reminder under AN injection impaired the context memory 24 hrs and later after the reminder, while the reminder under combined injection of all used NO-synthase inhibitors+anisomycin or NO scavenger+AN showed no impairment of the long-term context memory. NO donor SNAP bath application had no effect on context memory reconsolidation. Obtained results suggest participation of NO in reconsolidation of context memory.
