The objects of research are a polymer-powder coatings and a technology of their application to the piezoceramic materials for ultrasonic applications.
The technology of application polymer powder coatings is developed. The parameters of corona discharge (voltage at the discharge electrode, the distance to the target, air pressure) experimentally researched and determined. The obtained parameters provide uniform coverage on the surface of the piezoceramic and with a predetermined thickness.
The polyether, epoxy-polyether and silicone powder paint is used as protective coatings. Good adhesion with the surface is an important condition of using a specific type of coating.
The results of researches of the coating thickness distribution depending from different modes of the coating process are shown. The results of modeling the movement of the gas suspension in the electrostatic field (the system of electrodes ?needle - plane?) experimentally confirmed. |
