Annotation Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) is an important enzyme of a man's central nervous system responsible for the regulation of a nerve signal transmission by the hydrolysis of acetylcholine. For the development of AChE inhibitors the regulation of its activity at specific interactions with different ligands is a relevant one.
    Keywords Acetylcholinesterase, ligand, molecular dynamics
