dc.description.abstract	In today`s world the public sector of medicine plays a primary role in the medical services provision to Russian people. Private sector is strongly depend on the state, but in its turn significantly affects it. In many cases competition between these two sectors is determined by unequal initial conditions for their development. To make access to quality healthcare more available for the majority of the population there should be certain measures undertaken. Further development of private medicine will be determined by the state policy, especially in the field of medical insurance.	ru_RU
