Annotation |
The aim of this work was to build a complex 3D-model of rheological, hydro- and chemical processes in deformable clot. The clot lysis like an example of such kind processes with regard of peculiarities of clot structure, such as porous media with elastic and elastic-viscous rheology, was analyzed. Fibrin of the clot is considered as stationary solid phase, plasminogen, plasmin and plasminogen-activators are considered as dissolved fluid phases. On the basis of obtained model we developed numerical solution to investigate processes which take place during thrombolysis, and investigated dynamics of thrombolysis, transport of components in fluid phase (blood plasma) and in solid phase (thrombus material) and influence of thrombus characteristics on the lysis. Obtained results show good correlation with works of predecessors and demonstrate significant influence of rheological properties of clot (fibrin) on the process of lysis.
