Annotation

Статья посвящена анализу проблем исламской эмансипации в мусульманской модернистской литературе конца XIX - начала XX веков. В качестве исследуемого источника были использованы научные труды и публицистические произведения татарских, башкирских, азербайджанских, казахских (и др.) просветителей и религиозных реформаторов. Проведённый анализ выявил, что постановка проблемы эмансипации (как важнейшей части общей модернизации мусульманского сообщества) проходила в ходе жёсткой дискуссии с представителями академической науки, востоковедами христианско-миссионерского направления, тесно связанными с задачами имперской восточной политики. Вместе с тем, мусульманским модернистам во многом на основе традиционной аргументации удалось внятно сформулировать задачи исламской эмансипации: раскрепощение семейно-правового положения мусульманских женщин, обеспечение доступа к получению ими образования, расширение их общественно-политических прав в целом. Article is devoted to the analysis of problems of Islamic emancipation in Muslim modernist literature of the end of XIX - the beginnings of the XX centuries. As the studied source scientific works and publicistic works of the Tatar, Bashkir, Azerbaijani, Kazakh educators and religious reformers were used. The carried-out analysis revealed that statement of a problem of emancipation (as most important part of the general modernization of Muslim community) took place in the course of rigid discussion with representatives of the academic science, the orientalists of the Christian and missionary direction who are closely connected with problems of imperial east policy. At the same time, Muslim modernists in many respects on the basis of the traditional argument managed to formulate problems of Islamic emancipation distinctly: liberation of a family legal status of Muslim women, ensuring access to receiving education by them, expansion of their political rights in general.
