The relevance of research and pedagogical potential Ethnomusical traditions in the ethno-cultural music education in a multicultural environment of the modern school due to the complex contradictions of social, scientific and practical nature. With the development of globalization, the expansion of communication and information in the post-industrial society, the trend of unification the cultural life of the people. In this regard, there was a danger of loss of ethnic and cultural diversity of peoples, their ethnic identity, forgetting the origins of their national culture.
