Registration
Registration for authors is performed through sending a camera ready paper and paying the registration fee. Registration for listeners is performed through paying the registration fee. Final registration of participants will be held on sessions.
Regular Author Registration Includes: Paper Presentation, Proceedings USB, Attendance to all Sessions, Conference Program, Name Tag, Coffee Breaks, Certificate of Participation and Small Handbag.
Participation
To take part in the conference, it is necessary to send to Organizing Committee a camera ready paper(s) and to pay the registration fee. Each participant in the count of registration fee can present not more than two papers. At least one author per paper MUST REGISTER for the SIBCON Conferences.
Registration Fee
The registration fee should be paid only upon receipt of the official invitation letter, which will be sent to the first author by mail. Registration fee includes one copy of the Proceedings, a get-together party, banquet, cultural and technical visits, and coffee breaks.

Student/IEEE Life member registrations must provide proof of current student/IEEE Life membership status at the Conference.
National Instruments Seminar will be held in conjunction with SIBCON. You are cordially invited to participate for free.
Send the scanned receipt to the address sibcon2021@it.kfu.ru. In the text of the letter it is necessary to indicate the names of the article(s) for which payment was made. Please specify exactly the surnames listed in the article, otherwise we will not be able to determine who transferred the payment.
ОРГВЗНОСЫ В РУБЛЯХ :
Регистрационный взнос, в который входит оплата публикации доклада, перерывы на кофе, фуршет и экскурсии, составит:

| Остальные участники (авторы с публикацией) | 21500 руб. |

Оплата оргвзноса возможна от физического или юридического лица. Порядок оплаты изложен в документах, приведенных ниже.
Документы будут высланы на почту первому автору статьи, принятой на конференцию по результатам рецензирования.

Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. The Conference organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to Conference participants (or their accompanying persons). It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel insurance prior to coming to the Meeting. The Conference Secretariat will not take any responsibility for any participants failing to insure. Please seek further information from your travel agent.
