KFU student's project is in the Top 100 of the most promising IT innovations of the world

Sabina Akaeva, a student of Higher School of Information Technologies and Information Systems of KFU, presented her innovative project ZDRAVPRINT  on the Youth Program of the  Open Innovations Forum 2014 in Moscow. 

Sabina Sakaeva, a student of the KFU Higher School of Information Technologies and Information Systems Is the member of Tatarstan delegation participating in the Open Innovations Forum 2014 in Moscow Technopolis, October 14. 

One of the unique projects of the Open Innovations Forum is the Youth Program supported by the Governement of Moscow gives talented youth an  opportunity to participate in the discussion of issues related to global development, visit the leading innovation centers of Moscow Region, share experience with their peers from other countries, receive consultations from leading experts in the high-tech, and visit the leading innovation centers of Moscow Region. An expert jury selects the 100 best ideas of the youth of the world.

Sabina Sakaeva, the author of the 100 most promising innovations, shared her impressions of the event.

“My project ZDRAVPRINT is aimed to provide hygiene and comfort for patients with injuries. Instead of gypsum, we have invented a light fixator that ensures comfortable treatment and deals with hygiene problems and amyctic. The fixator is designed individually and it is made by a 3D printer using eco-friendly material”.

Sabina won the regional contest to participate in Open Innovations Forum. “I was interested in joining  the team of 100 innovators, since  it is  a unique opportunity to attend business experts' seminars and  to learn how to hook investors, which is particularly important for the young innovator", explained Sabina. 

There was a great number of successful speakers  on this event, among them Dmitry Armyakov, Chief Executive Officer of SAP Labs LLC (Russia), Gulnara Bikkulova, Director of Technology Capital and Markets Access Department, RVC (Russia), Marius Robles, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of REIMAGINE FOOD (Spain), Blake Burris, Founder and Chairman of Clean web Initiative (USA), and many others.

Sabina's ZDRAVPRINT created a lot of the interest of the investors and the participants  became very popular among investors and event participants.

Participation in 100 Innovators International Group enables communicating, exchanging experience and ideas with the worldwide startup world community and gives an opportunity to find perspective partners and investors. It is crucial for the development and promotion of my project”.
