The World Foreign Alumni Association Concept contemplates the organization of international forums focused on major economic, educational and social issues of the countries.

A member of the Civic Chamber of Russia suggested creating the World Foreign Alumni Association that will organize international forums to discuss various topics. The initiative was announced by Sangadzhi Tarbaev, a Member of Commission on Development of Social Diplomacy of the Civic Chamber of Russia.

The project presupposes the development of a common database of foreign alumni having graduated from Soviet and Russian universities.

The author of the idea intends to attract federal budget investments to the organization of round tables. The first meeting of foreign alumni may be held next July.
