Young engineers and production managers will come to KAMAZ

Graduates of the Automotive Faculty of KFU Naberezhnye Chelny Branch met the KAMAZ chief engineer and chief production manager at the diploma awarding ceremony.

The graduates, 50 of which have already been employed by KAMAZ, were congratulated by Danis Valeev, KAMAZ Chief Engineer and Director of Scientific Research Centre, and Ravil Khisamutdinov, KAMAZ Chief Production Manager, Director of Technological Centre.. Danis Valeev stressed in his speech that all young specialists can become the employees of KAMAZ, “The hard studies you have passed through is worthy of respect. We are looking forward to meet you at KAMAZ and want our cooperation develop as we would like to get experts who are ready to work.”

This year 36 future designing and industrial engineers participated in the target training programme. It is the third edition of the Master’s course in Power Engineering, Ground transport technological complexes, Operation and maintenance of transport production machines and complexes, Information systems and technologies, Design Engineering Provision of Machinery Production. Each target student is obliged to work at KAMAZ at least for 3 years after the graduation.  In case of disregard of this provision without due cause, the graduate has to return the cost of the course in proportion to time worked. According to the enterprise’s human resources, 82.9% of experts are assigned.  KAMAZ has been cooperated with the biggest university in the republic for dozens of years, but it has recently moved to a new level. Since 2008, KFU Naberezhnye Chelny Branch has been purposefully training young design engineers, researchers and production managers for the development department, experts in the sphere of construction, research, technology and information production support.  During this period 190 fourth-year students have signed a contract for target education.
