Charge d’Affaires of Pakistan Embassy in the Russian Federation Aftab Hasan Khan paid a visit to Kazan Federal University on March, 27.

The meeting of the honored guest with Director of External Relations Office Andrei Krylov was related to issues of studying young Pakistani scholars in KFU postgraduate programs.

Andrei Krylov mentioned that KFU undergoes an approval procedure of Regulation on Scholarships.

“We are open to the dialogue regarding training specialists. At present we are mostly interested in postgraduates who would be ready to go on working at our university as researchers”, emphasized A. Krylov. According to him, postgraduates do not need to be fluent in Russian. “The postgraduate can communicate with his/her supervisor in English”, added A. Krylov.

In his turn, Charge d’Affaires of Pakistan Embassy promised to inform Higher Education Committee in Pakistan about the meeting results.
