On December, 19 was held the awarding ceremony of winners and laureates of KFU Student of the Year prize.
Summing up results of the year, our university announces and honors its best students who represent KFU on conferences and contests, competitions and festivals of different levels. They not only study well and conduct research work, but also take an active part in sport, cultural and social life.
Only 19 winners were chosen out of 244 applicants. All contest laureates received a diploma and a scarf with the University logo, the winners were granted a statuette, scarf with an inscription: Student of the Year, a memorable gift - wall clocks, a diploma and flowers. In addition, Rector of Kazan Federal University established cash prizes to all winners and laureates of the contest. Head of the University personally came to greet the best students.
The following sets of categories were announced in the contest: public life, social life, educatory activities, research work, sports and creative activities.
The main prize was given to the student from the Institute of Economics and Finances, Ildar Khuzzyatov.
