Yesterday course on mediation carried out by a legal practitioner of the United States - John Poggi started in Kazan University. Lectures are conducted in English and are held in the format of workshop. Students are actively involved, they get maximum of positive emotions and, of course, practical experience in dealing with cases by al­ternative opportunities of mediation.

 During the visit there was oranised a meeting with the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Professor, Doctor of Science in Law, Mr. Tarkhanov and representatives of the Department of Environment, labor law and civil procedure. The meeting was focused on the expert`s visit and possibilities for further cooperation.
