Kazan Federal University delegation headed by Ilshat Gafurov participates in XII International investment forum Sochi that is held on September 26-29.

Ilshat Gafurov took part in panel discussion Federal universities as locomotive of territorial development. Under conditions of regions` competitiveness increase  university quality becomes a significant factor for territorial development. Federal universities are urged to provide economy with qualified specialists, and effectiveness of their work is greatly influenced by their relations with business and state.

In the framework of forum Rector had several meetings, in particular, with General Manager of ranking agency Expert RA, Dmitriy Grishankov. Moreover, he met with the Head of the Republic of Mordovia, Vladimir Volkov, and Deputy Prime – Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortastan, Dmitriy Sharonov.
