Problems concerning right enforcement for access to justice were discussed in KFU

On September, 26 KFU hosts International Scientific Conference “Right for access to justice”. It was organized by Kazan Federal University, Paris West University Nanterre La Défense, University of Hamburg and University of Potsdam.

Academic event of such scope and content is unique and serves a special aim: it is carried out in the framework of the program for increasing competitiveness of Kazan Federal University and is directed at improvement of high education quality in the context of federal university integration in unified European academic and scientific environment, consolidation of scientific connections in conditions of new global opportunities.

This conference was opened by Vice-Rector for International Relations, Linar Latypov, Deputy Dean for Education of the Faculty of Law, Liliya Bakulina, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of Tatarstan Republic, Marat Khairullin, Director of the Centre of International Law at the Paris West University Nanterre La Défense, Professor from Helmut Schmidt University (Hamburg) and Centre of Human Rights at the Potsdam University, Norman Weiss.

All of them underlined topicality and importance of the event. International guests told about their centres` activities in legal sphere.

Plenary talks were opened by Professor from the Department of International and European Law, Lenaris Mingazov, who reported on Problems of limiting human rights and administration of law in conditions of emergence situation in the International Law.

Moreover, in the framework of conference various round tables are organized: Comprehensive approach to justice in International Law, Access limits to justice, System approach to justice access in International Law.

Work outcomes of the international forum will be presented in the form of recommendations for international institutes in right enforcement for access to justice. Participants will define prospects for development of scientific specialties in International Law at Kazan Federal University, Paris West University Nanterre La Défense, University of Hamburg, University of Potsdam.
