On August, 27 International research workshop Quality management in state and municipal institutions using CAF model started in KFU Higher School of Management and Territorial Development.
This event was opened by Deputy Head of the President Administration – Head of the Office for Territorial Relations of the President Administration Ilnur Garipov. He underlined how topical these activities are for our republic. He also expressed gratitude to workshop coaches – representatives of the European Fund of Quality Management, Patrick Stace and Nick Fizhs - for coming to Kazan and wished fruitful collaboration.
On behalf of Kazan Federal University Vice-Rector for Economic and Strategic Development Marat Safiullin greeted all participants.
While starting the introductory class Patrick Stace mentioned how he was glad to share his working experience in the European Union. He introduced principles and preconditions of general quality management and CAF system.
This seminar will last up to August, 29. Organizers claim that course graduates would master principles of quality management in public sector, assessment system and process of self-evaluation, as well as use of CAF 2013, would learn how to place action priorities to improve short term, middle term and long term prospect and others.
