From folklore to education system

On August, 15 work-shops were held in the framework of IV International Teachers Festival in KFU Elabuzhskiy Institute. Experts from Spain, Turkey, Singapore, Germany and Ukraine were moderating this festival.

Work shop by teacher of Russian Language, Literature and Traditional Russian Culture, Tatyana Smolyakova, introduces author methods of teaching traditional Russian culture.  This program is aimed at getting children acquainted with national traditions and folklore genres.

Work-shop by teacher of technology and design, Osman Yazar, introduces education system in Turkey, its real structure and prospects. Moderator told about “Fatikh” project designed for enhancement of knowledge quality of school students achieved with the help of new information technologies. For this purpose Turkey provides all students with necessary electronic textbooks and classes.  More than 8 bln dollars are allocated to realize it.
