KFU student Yana Martynova won the bronze medal in the women’s 200 m butterfly at the Summer Universiade in Kazan.  She finished with a result of 2 minutes 10.72 seconds. Japanese Kona Fujita took gold (2 minutes 9.66 seconds). Nao Kobayashi got the silver medal (2.10:65).

Earlier Martynova won the Universiade gold medal in the women’s 400 m medley race.
