The Rector of KFU, Mr. Ilshat Gafurov received a letter from the Minister of Education and Science of the RF, Mr. Dmitry Livanov. In his letter the Minister congratulated the Kazan Federal University staff with the victory in the contest for state support to leading universities of Russia offered with a view to heighten their competitiveness among the world best research and training centres.

The letter also contains an invitation to the Rector of KFU to personally participate in a meeting devoted to further implementation of the RF government resolution of March 16, 2013 “On measures of state support to leading universities offered with a view to heighten their competitiveness among the world best research and training centres”. The meeting will be organized on July 17, 2013 in the Ministry of Education and Science of the RF.
