Call-center works in KFU Admission Office

Six days passed since opening of KFU Admission Office. Great attention is paid to informing entrants concerning all competitive stages and concentrations of training.

Entrants and their parents can get information on web-site of Kazan Federal University. Moreover, the previous year KFU set up Call-center to deliver information more efficiently.

Head of Admission Office, Sergey Ionenko, noted that not all people use the web-site so they had decided to launch hot line. They have equipment for eight operators. Entrants can call +7 (943) 221-33-33 working days 9a.m. – 5 p.m., on Saturday till 1p.m. It is very convenient for entrants to use hot line because there work former entrants and current students.   

Andrey Melnikov works in call-canter and he shares his vision on mission of call-center. During four days of work they received 500 calls and this number is expected to increase. The most popular questions concern medical check-up, dormitories and concentrations of training. Call-center operators answer precisely and accurately to avoid misinforming entrants. Entrants call on Saturday and on Sunday, so the operators try to call them back.

Call-center is a perfect way to know everything about admission to KFU but it is not the only one. Sergey Ionenko told that they were receiving hundreds of E-mails per day and there was appointed a specialist to answer them. A lot of questions they receive in social networks Vkontakte and Twitter.

For the first time on the initiative of UniverTV they organize live programs where participate administration of the University, Institutes, Faculties and Admission Office. The new form of bringing the information is more comprehensible.

The live program will be on June, 28 (Friday) at 6 p.m.
