On March 28, 2024, there was a meeting of the Academic Council of Kazan Federal University (KFU), where it was decided to award a degree of Candidate of Sciences to Tatyana Tsoy, an employee of the Laboratory of Intelligent Robotics Systems (LIRS). The dissertation defense took place on December 26, 2023 and was the first defense in the KFU Dissertation Committee.023.2 on the basis of the Institute of Information Technologies and Intelligent Systems (ITIS).

The topic of the thesis is “Information and software-algorithmic support of an on-board camera autonomous calibration of a mobile robot” in the specialty 2.3.8. Informatics and information processes. The academic advisor of the thesis was Head of the Intelligent Robotics Department of the Institute of ITIS Evgeni Magid.

The decision was published by the Secretariat of the Academic Council of KFU.
