Laboratory of Intelligent Robotic Systems presented scientific research at the international IEEE conference SIBCON 2022

Members of the Laboratory of Intelligent Robotic Systems (LIRS) of the Institute of Information Technology and Intelligent Systems (ITIS) (Kazan Federal University) spoke at the international IEEE Siberian Conference on Control and Communications (SIBCON – 2022) which took place from 17 to 19 of November 2022, in Tomsk, Russia. The SIBCON conference is regularly organized by the IEEE Tomsk group and student chapter to support interdisciplinary discussions and collaborations through participation in the professional communities of the IEEE Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

This year LIRS presented 6 scientific articles. The topics of the presented reports:

«Recommended Criteria for Qualitative Comparison of Fiducial Markers Performance». Authors: Tatyana Tsoy, Ramil Safin, Ramir Sultanov, Evgeni Magid and Subir Kumar Saha (Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India).

«Human Robot Interaction in Collaborative Manufacturing Scenarios: Prospective Cases» Authors: Alexandra Dobrokvashina, Shifa Sulaiman, Aidar Zagirov, Elvira Chebotareva, Evgeni Magid and Hsia Kuo-Hsien (National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, Taiwan).

«ROS Network Security for a Swing Doors Automation in a Robotized Hospital». Authors: Sergey Lychko, Tatyana Tsoy, Evgeni Magid, Edgar Martinez-Garcia (The Autonomous University of Ciudad Juarez), Hongbing Li (Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai).

«Open Source Library of Human Models for Gazebo Simulator». Authors: Nikita Tukhtamanov, Elvira Chebotareva, Tatyana Tsoy, Roman Lavrenov, Evgeni Magid and Mikhail Svinin (Ritsumeikan Universitу, Japan).

«A review on Collaborative Robots in Industrial and Service Sectors». Authors: Ramir Sultanov, Shifa Sulaiman, Hongbing Li, Roman Lavrenov, Ramil Safin, Yang Bai (Ritsumeikan University, Japan) and Evgeni Magid.

The study was supported by the Russian Science Foundation (RSF) and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan according to the research project No. 22-21-20033.
