A delegation of Bursa Province (Turkey) headed by Vali Harput Şahabettin visited Kazan Federal University on May, 14. The delegation was accompanied by Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Kazan Sabri Tunç Angɩlɩ.
After tour of the Museum of History the delegation met with KFU President Myakzyum Salakhov and Vice-Rector for International Relations Linar Latypov.
The conversation concerned the interaction of the private sector and higher education institutions in Bursa Province, a draft of the protocol on cooperation between Kazan Federal University and Uludag University.
The most promising forms of cooperation are student exchange, practical training and internships of Turkish students in KFU, joint research.
For information: interaction of Kazan Federal University is already implemented in the framework of bilateral inter-university agreements with a number of Turkish universities (Istanbul University, Yunus Emre University, Yeditepe University, Gazi University, Technical University "Yildiz"). 62 students and members of academic staff visited Turkey with scientific and educational aims in 2012.
