Algerian Scientists Traineeship in KFU Institute of Oriental Studies and International Relations

April 1 – 10 an academic group consisting of three Professors (Bachir Kardoussi, Fateh Halimi, Djemai Chebaiki) from Islam University of Constantine (The People's Democratic Republic of Algeria) had a traineeship at the Department of Indo-Iranian and African Languages at the Institute of Oriental Studies and International Relations on the program: “Studying  teaching experience of Arabic Language and disciplines connected with Islam in state and non-state higher educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan”. Traineeship of such kind was the first in the history of the Institute. During the traineeship guests from Algeria visited various higher and secondary educational institutions of Kazan (Kazan Federal University, Russian Islam University, Kazan Islam College, Madrasah “Mukhammadia”, Grammar school № 27). Algerian scientists had meetings with leading KFU scientists and discussed a series of questions concerning history of Tatarstan Republic and tatars. Group supervisor, Professor Kardoussi, highly estimated experience of tolerance and mutual understanding between peoples in our republic and expressed an opinion on applying this experience in Algeria where live people of various nations.
